Full-Time MSK Physiotherapist (Women’s Health, Neurology, Orthopaedics or Pilates Experience Desirable)

Shawe Physio is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MSK Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary private practice in Hoddesdon.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician looking to continue developing their skills within a modern, evidence-based clinic environment alongside an experienced rehabilitation team.
We are seeking a physiotherapist who is confident working independently whilst valuing collaborative multidisciplinary care and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
About the Role
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong musculoskeletal foundation
- Possess at least 3 years post-graduate physiotherapy experience
- Be passionate about evidence-based practice and long-term patient outcomes
- Have excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Be motivated to continue learning and developing professionally
Additional specialist interests or experience are highly desirable, particularly in:
- Women’s Health
- Neurology
- Orthopaedics
- Pilates-based rehabilitation
- Sports rehabilitation
The successful applicant will independently manage their own clinical caseload whilst working closely with our wider rehabilitation team.
Administrative support is fully provided, including:
- Insurance company invoicing
- Payment handling
- Appointment bookings and rebooking
- Reception and admin support

Essential Requirements
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent
- HCPC registration
- CSP membership
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate MSK experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Perfect command of the English language
