Entry Level Sales Assistant

Our client is expanding their face-to-face sales team and is looking for an Entry Level Sales Assistant to represent brands at event pop-ups across Glasgow. This role is all about direct, in-person interaction — engaging with customers, creating interest, and guiding them through available offers.
If you enjoy speaking with people and want to build confidence in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment, this is a strong entry point.
Where You’ll Spend Your Time
You’ll be working at event pop-ups and promotional stands in busy locations throughout Glasgow. These could include shopping centres, retail spaces, and high-footfall areas.
This is a highly interactive role — you’ll spend your day speaking directly with customers, creating a positive first impression, and representing campaigns face-to-face.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Engaging with members of the public in a confident, friendly, and professional manner
- Promoting current offers and explaining them clearly to generate interest
- Identifying customer needs through simple questions and conversation
- Assisting customers with quick and easy sign-up processes
- Representing campaigns with energy and professionalism at all times
- Working towards individual performance and sales targets
