Administrator Finance and Facilities
Payrate: £12.97 per hour
Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 09:30 - 13:30, 20 hours weekly (shifts can be amended to suit)

Proficiency in Data Processing / Sage Software and is essential to manage financial records and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes as required. Provide administrative support to the finance team, including clerical tasks. Utilize Oracle software for documentation and communication purposes. Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information. Handle phone inquiries

- Must have previous experience with ORACLE
- Proven experience in an administrative or financial role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Oracle Software and is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
