A fantastic opportunity has become available for two experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join a thriving childcare provision in Camden for the summer term and holiday period.
This welcoming early years setting forms part of a larger, highly successful childcare organisation known for delivering exceptional standards of care and early education. Based within a dedicated annex provision, the setting primarily supports families working within a leading London healthcare environment, offering an incredibly rewarding and community-focused workplace.
The successful Early Years Educators will work with children aged between 6 months and 5 years, helping to create a stimulating, engaging, and nurturing atmosphere where children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to flourish.
This role would suit confident and energetic childcare professionals who are passionate about child development and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive nursery team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children across the early years age range
· Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning
· Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming learning environment
· Work closely with colleagues and parents to support children’s individual needs
· Assist with observations, assessments, and progress tracking
· Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing throughout the setting
· Support daily nursery routines and room organisation
Essential Criteria:
· Full Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education
· Current Paediatric First Aid certification
· Safeguarding Level 3 training
· Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
· Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
