Part-Time Vehicle Sales & Preparation Assistant (One day a week, ideally Saturday but flexible)
Location: Leicester
Hours: One day a week with option to increase if suitable candidate
Additional Hours: Available during the week for candidates with a full UK driving licence who are able to travel long distances to assist with vehicle collections.
We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and car-minded individual to join our growing dealership every Saturday.
This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for cars, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of vehicle specifications.
Main Responsibilities
- Photograph vehicles to a high standard for online advertising.
- Create accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions.
- List vehicles for sale across all major online platforms.
- Organise and upload service history, invoices, and vehicle documentation.
- Ensure vehicle adverts accurately reflect specifications, optional extras, and key selling points.
- Prepare vehicles for sale, including cleaning, polishing, and presenting them to a high standard.
- Admin Tasks for director.
Additional Opportunity
Candidates who hold a full UK driving licence and are comfortable travelling long distances may have the opportunity to work additional weekday hours assisting the Director with collecting vehicles from around the UK.
Essential Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cars and vehicle specifications.
- Ability to identify optional extras and accurately describe vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computers and online selling platforms. (Facebook, Autotrader, Ebay)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Desirable
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in the motor trade, vehicle sales, detailing, or administration.
- Experience advertising vehicles online.
