The Back and Body Clinic are recruiting for a Full-Time Employed Physiotherapist at their Moulton Clinic in Northampton. We are looking for a physiotherapist who preferably has some experience in MSK.

KEY EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
- Structured and very rewarding team CPD sessions every week (1 hr per week) on going for all the team
- 12-month intensive clinical training program for all new team members (1hr per week)
- 2-year mentorship program where we look at how to develop the soft skills required to build relationships, trust and rapport with your patients so you can really help them (1hr per week)

- One Friday every 8 weeks we close the clinics for a whole day CPD session followed by a 45-minute group exercise class led by one of the team - always great fun!!
- All Therapists have £500.00 external courses budget each year
- Therapists only ever see a maximum of 3 patients in a row before a break.

OUR PATIENTS make all the difference!! Approximately 80% are self-paying and 20% are from private medical insurances. This means that they are motivated and love to work with us, both to deal with the symptoms and the underlying causes of their problems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
We are looking for likeminded therapists to join the team. You must:

- Have a positive attitude towards continued learning and development
- Have good or developing manual therapy & clinical reasoning skills
- Genuinely care about the patient and have the personality to go with it
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have degree in Physiotherapy
- Must be a registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Must be a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
