Account Director
A global Insurance Broker are expanding their Corporate Team and this is a genuinely pivotal career opportunity: you’ll be trusted to own, protect and grow a c. £1m Corporate book, while building deeper relationships across Corporate clients in consumer-facing and service-led sectors, including some Internationally. This is a role for someone who enjoys being front-and-centre with clients: visible, credible and a trusted Adviser, not just servicing, but shaping strategy and driving growth. Salary & package
- £100,000+ basic (dependent on experience)

The role (what you’ll be doing) as Client Director
- Own and grow key relationships with Corporate clients across consumer-facing and service-led sectors (c. £1m book)
- Act as a trusted risk Adviser, delivering exceptional service, retention and client advocacy
- Drive growth by leveraging your network and recognising opportunities within your client base
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver bespoke Insurance and Risk Management solutions
- Stay ahead of market developments and emerging risks, bringing proactive, commercial insight to clients
What we’re looking for as Client Director
- Demonstrable success in a similar Corporate Account Executive / Account Director role
- Credible experience working with Corporate clients across consumer-facing and service-led sectors (and the ability to build senior relationships quickly)
- Confident communicator/negotiator who builds trust with senior stakeholders
- The drive to continue to build and develop your reputation as a trusted Adviser within your market
- Based in East Anglia, with hybrid working

Pay: £90,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
