An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Reception Host to join our luxury automotive showroom in Kensington.
As the face of our business, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression and delivering a world-class customer experience to every visitor. Representing one of the most prestigious names in the automotive industry, you will ensure every customer receives the highest level of service from the moment they enter our showroom.
This role is ideally suited to an individual with a background in luxury hospitality, premium retail, private healthcare, aviation, or customer-facing environments where exceptional service standards are expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all showroom visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
Deliver a five-star customer Reception Host
- experience that reflects the prestige of our brand.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate customer appointments and manage showroom visitor flow.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable during their visit.
- Support the sales and management teams with administrative tasks when required.
- Maintain customer records and assist with showroom events and promotional activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ensure all interactions consistently exceed customer expectations.
About You
- Previous experience in a Reception, Front-of-House, Concierge, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Airline, or Customer Service role preferred but not essential
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional manner.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a busy environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
- Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
