The Home Care Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of Home Care operations. The postholder is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring effective staff rostering, and assisting with financial administration tasks when required. This role ensures that service users receive consistent and well-coordinated care, while supporting compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the service.
