Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and emails efficiently and professionally
- Processing orders, job sheets, and service documentation accurately
- Managing diaries, scheduling engineers, and coordinating site visits
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems
- Producing and issuing invoices, quotes, and reports as required
- Providing general administrative support across multiple departments
- Liaising confidently with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
- Previous experience in administration within a fast-paced environment (preferred but not essential)
