About the Role
The purpose of the role is to support the Returns Team, undertaking any duties necessary for the efficient operation of the department. This includes checking and booking-in returned items and completing the associated paperwork.
What you will be doing in this role

Book-in returned products into the warehouse using the in-house computer system.
- Check the condition of the returned stock, ensuring items are placed on the correct shelves.
- Answer enquiries by phone and email when necessary, in a courteous and professional manner.
- Generate RA numbers including all the appropriate information.

Ensure that all goods-in are logged before the end of the business day, where possible.

Verify the condition of the products and credit or re-dispatch if required.

Transfer stock to the correct locations in the Warehouse.

Adhere to all company procedures with respect to timekeeping, health and safety, staff attitude and discipline.

Undertake all training required by Nimans, to develop in the role as necessary.

Any other duties necessary for the role to meet the departmental objectives.

Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
