Early Years Practitioner – Brighton, BN1
- Salary: Up to £30,160 per year | £12.50–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days / Shifts between 7:00am–7:00pm (common shifts: 7–4pm, 8–5pm, 9–6pm)
- Contract: Permanent, all year round - We cannot accommodate school hours or term-time working

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery team in Brighton, BN1. Working with children aged 1–2 years, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a nurturing and stimulating environment.
This role involves being a key person to a group of children, planning engaging indoor and outdoor activities, building strong parent partnerships, and supporting high standards of care and education across the nursery. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 1–2 years
- Act as a key person, supporting children's learning and development
- Plan and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
- Follow nursery policies, safeguarding, and EYFS requirements
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous Nursery Practitioner or childcare experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Eligible to work in the UK
