Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Kitchen Staff to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy food service environment, supporting meal preparation and service during peak seasons. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Support food safety and hygiene practices throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
- Help with meal assembly, plating, and presentation to ensure attractive and consistent dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and professional manner when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous catering or restaurant experience is desirable but not essential; a keen interest in culinary arts is valued
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including weekends and evenings if required
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
