The Polyclear Group is a well-established manufacturer of polythene products, based in Millbrook, Southampton. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive (Account Manager) to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales or account management who enjoys building strong relationships, driving growth, and delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll play a key part in developing new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing accounts. You will work closely with colleagues across the company and act as a trusted point of contact for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing key customer accounts and ensuring excellent service
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities
- Handling enquiries and preparing accurate quotations
- Taking ownership of sales performance and results
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, positive, and self-driven
- Strong in communication skills – both written and verbal
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Experienced in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential)
