Job Title: Carpenter (Reactive Maintenance – Social Housing)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join a growing contractor delivering reactive maintenance and repair services across social housing properties in Brent, Barnet, and Camden. This is a mobile role, working across occupied and void properties, providing high-quality repairs and maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance works in social housing properties
- Attend reactive maintenance jobs in both occupied and void homes
- Diagnose faults and complete first-time fixes where possible
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and residents
- Accurately complete job reports and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally within social housing or maintenance environments
- Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance and repair works
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Relevant qualifications in Carpentry (preferred but not essential with experience)
