Job Title: Weekend Team Member
Location: Fit24 West
Hours: Saturday & Sunday
Shifts: Alternating weekends between:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
(We are hiring 2 people who will rotate shifts across weekends.)

Fit24 West is looking for two motivated, reliable and energetic individuals to join our weekend team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining high standards and wants to be part of a fast-paced fitness environment.
You’ll be one of the key faces of the club at weekends, helping deliver an exceptional experience for members while keeping standards high across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience
Welcome members and visitors, provide support and create a positive club atmosphere.
Club Standards
Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all gym areas throughout the shift.
Membership Support
Assist with membership enquiries, tours and sign-ups while directing more complex queries to the relevant internal team.
Daily Operations
Complete facility checks, restocking and general upkeep to ensure the club operates smoothly.

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or fitness is desirable but not essential
