We are looking for an individual to join our experienced team due to continued growth. Holm Pharm Condorrat is a busy community pharmacy providing a wide range of professional pharmacy services , which means no two days are the same.
The hours of work will be 40 hours minimum per week as below.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 6pm (one hour unpaid lunch break)
Saturday 9am - 1pm will be as per our rota and paid as overtime.
Duties will include -
- Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the pharmacist manager
- Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently, by asking appropriate questions, following the Standard Operating Procedure for Sale of medicines.
- To maintain the pharmacy to a high standard
- To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately
The ideal candidate will -
- Be qualified to NVQ2 in pharmacy services
- Have previous community pharmacy or retail experience
- Be willing to undertake the relevant training in Pharmacy Services if necessary
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work well as part of a team
We are looking for a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, highly organised and be passionate about helping people.
There will be the opportunity to take part in further training so that you are confident in providing advice on medicines, professional services and healthcare.
