Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, introducing them to our products/services, and driving sales conversions. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and has a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote products/services effectively to generate interest and close deals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call records, sales reports, and customer databases.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
