About the role
In this role, every day will be a unique and exciting challenge that will include:
- Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues escalated.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Azure, and related technologies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd line teams, suppliers, or technology partners where appropriate.
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and deployment of new systems, applications, and infrastructure changes.
- Ensure incidents, requests, and changes are logged, prioritised, and managed in accordance with agreed processes.
What you will need
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support, infrastructure support, or systems administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Experience supporting and administering Azure services and Microsoft security technologies.
