P R Elletson & Co is a thriving picture frame maker based in Pewsey. We have a dedicated team creating frames for a high-profile client base.
We are seeking an office administrator / PA to play an integral part in the smooth running and organisation of this busy and renowned business.
This role would suit a highly organised and motivated individual, who operates well under pressure and brings a hard-working attitude and good sense of humour.
An interest in fine art would be an advantage but enthusiasm and commitment are equally important.
Duties to include:
Act as a central point of contact for all client enquiries
Control correspondence, maintaining ordering and filing systems; producing invoices and paying suppliers. Bookkeeping using Xero accounts package.
Arranging deliveries and collections of artwork
Keep management informed by reviewing and reporting; summarising information; identifying trends
Experience and skills required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy including Xero accounting package, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Microsoft word
Work well under pressure
Work well as a team and individual
Enthusiastic and professional
Organised and efficient
Excellent attention to detail
£12.50 - £14.50/hour depending on experience
This is a full-time position hours 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday
