Astwoods Construction is a growing passive fire installation specialist contractor. We build long term relationships with our clients and personnel and we are looking to expand our team to work on high profile projects across the West Midlands.
We require an experienced Site Supervisor to work on large scale fire door and passive fire installation projects in social housing.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Have experience of the supervision passive fire improvement and ideally fire door installation to the requirements of BS8214:2026
- Hold either SMSTS or SSSTS training
- As a minimum hold NVQ Level 2 in Site Carpentry or Equivalent
- Have a valid CSCS card
Candidiates should have experience of and be able to display the following skills:
- Able to efficiently structure, organise and control the team, materials and plant
- Achieve quality and productivity targets in a safe environment
- Maintain and develop excellent relationships with the client
- Comply with installation procedures to maintain and record compliance
