The Opportunity
You’ll step into an established client base with ongoing demand, backed by a national advice business investing heavily into growth. The focus here is quality advice, long-term relationships, and giving you the tools to build a proper book - not just survive month to month.
You’ll operate in a hybrid model with strong internal lead generation, marketing support, and a structured advice framework to keep you efficient and compliant.
The Role
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments & protection
- Manage an existing client bank while developing new business opportunities
- Conduct full end-to-end advice process (fact-find → recommendation → implementation → review)
- Build relationships that generate ongoing referrals and repeat business
- Work within a structured advice framework ensuring high-quality, compliant outcomes
What They’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience advising clients (wealth / mortgage + progression considered)
- Commercial mindset - comfortable building and retaining client relationships
- Strong communicator with a client-first approach
