At Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring, we specialise in delivering high-quality 1:1 tuition to children and young people who require Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) or additional personalised support. Our approach is child-centred, flexible, and focused on life skills, confidence-building, and early learning foundations.
This is a flexible, zero-hours contract role offering a highly competitive pay rate of £40 per hour.

What We’re Looking For:
- QTS or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children with SEND, particularly non verbal
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
- Passion for supporting confidence, independence, and emotional development
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging, personalised 1:1 sessions
- Supporting a child with SEN through structured, consistent learning
- Following individual learning plans aligned with the child’s needs
- Building positive relationships with the child, family, and wider support team
