Commercial Head Office Contract
Location: Bristol (BS13)
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
£32,000 – £35,000 per annum

We are recruiting a Plumbing Engineer to join a small, stable on-site facilities team at a large head-office building in Bristol.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of two engineers and one supervisor, working in a well-maintained, modern office environment with a strong, long-standing relationship with the client. This is a relaxed, well-run site with no strict SLAs and five years remaining on the contract, offering excellent long-term job security.
The Role:
- General building services maintenance
- Plumbing duties including taps, sinks, toilets and unblocking
- Legionella checks and flushing
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (approx. 80% of workload)
- Basic painting and decorating
- Reactive maintenance as required
All extra works, installations and small projects are handled by specialist contractors, allowing you to focus on core maintenance tasks.

- Mechanical or plumbing bias
- Experience in building services maintenance
- Comfortable working in a commercial office environment
