Part-Time/Weekends – City Centre based, (Strangeways)
We’re looking for an experienced Brunch Chef/Cook to join our team at Al Maidah Brunch, a new project to compliment our restaurant. If you have a passion for creating delicious brunch dishes and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Preparing and cooking a high-quality brunch menu
- Working efficiently in a small kitchen
- Ensuring all dishes meet food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing allergens safely and confidently
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Assisting with menu ideas and specials
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role (brunch experience preferred)
- Competence in allergen handling, food hygiene, and food safety
- A passion for great food with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, efficiency, and a positive attitude
- The ability to manage a kitchen alone.
- Ability to work within a team.
Job Details:
- Full time/ weekends
- Pay: £13- £15 per hour (depending on experience)
- Immediate start available
