Full Time Nurse
Hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Hours 36-48 Hours per week
Our 33 bed is looking for a reliable Nurse to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys focused clinical work and supporting senior leadership within a well-run care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe administration of medications in line with MAR charts and best practice
- Supporting the Clinical Lead with day-to-day clinical tasks
- Monitoring residents’ health and escalating concerns appropriately
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records
- Supporting care staff with clinical guidance where required
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
What We’re Looking For
- Valid NMC registration (RGN / RMN)
- Previous experience in a care home or similar clinical setting
- Strong medication management skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Calm, professional, and supportive approach to residents and staff
