Summary
We are recruiting in our sales team based in Leicester City Centre, this role is drives the growth of the business by engaging with RED HOT client applications for our legal services.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with clients who have expressed interest to understand their requirements
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities via your own CRM
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
Experience required
- Experience in B2B or B2C telephone sales or retentions role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Prior experience in the legal or consultancy industry is a plus but not essential
