RG Consultancy are proud to be working with an established company based in Formby to help recruit an experienced Accounts clerk. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this roe is excellent for an AAT part/ qualified candidate to join a supportive team.
Duties will include:

Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.

Raise sales invoices and record customer payments.

Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.

Carry out bank reconciliations.

Assist with credit control and debt collection.

Maintain accurate financial records

Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Maintain employee payroll records and update changes relating to salaries, deductions, pensions, benefits, and tax codes.

Calculate overtime, bonuses, commissions, statutory payments, and other payroll adjustments.

Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements and payroll legislation.

Submit payroll reports and statutory returns as required.

All other ad hoc duties within the finance function.
