Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled FLT Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely within the warehouse and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant health & Safety regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, as well as the ability to handle materials and equipment effectively with the use of both counterbalance and reach Forklifts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating a Reach Truck to move and store goods safely and efficiently
- Working to racking heights of 9+ meters
- Handling heavy pallets up to 1.5 tonnes
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety in a high-volume environment
What we’re looking for:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance & Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR recognised)
- Proven experience working at high racking levels (8+ meters)
- Comfortable handling heavy pallet loads (up to 1.5 tonnes)
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced warehouse
- A reliable, safety-conscious team player with a good work ethic
