An exciting opportunity has become available for a Reception Manager to join our team here at the Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Wrexham.
The only 4 star hotel in Wrexham. With 85 bedrooms and 6 meeting rooms we are a busy property situated near the hospital and a short distance from Wrexham AFC .
We are looking for someone who is not only a strong Manager but who has strong leadership skills. We are looking for someone who has hospitality experience as a Reception Manager or Reception Supervisor.
Expectations
- Overseeing the running of both the Reception team and Nights
- Training and development of team members
- Managing the effective booking and welcoming of guests
- At least 2 years’ experience within a supervisory or managerial reception role within a hotel environment
- Strong team management ability
- Able to deal with guest queries and issues
- Knowledge of Hotel Reservation systems and IT front office systems
- Have a confident and friendly personality with a passion for people
- Well presented with excellent spoken and written English
