Based in Evesham - covering Worcester and surrounding areas
Contract: Fixed-term (12 months)
Full time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm, with time back in lieu.
FTE salary £25,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE
Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Specialist to join our Evesham-based lettings team, supporting our Worcester portfolio. You will be part of a collaborative team of team, collectively managing over 900 properties.
This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting the property management function with out-of-office activities. Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs, as well as creating marketing materials and carrying out property viewings.

Your Day-to-Day
- Preparation of Inventories & schedules of conditions
- Completion of check-outs
- Mid-term property visits
- Pre- checkout inspections (as applicable)
- Production of inspection and compliance reports in line with deposit service requirements
- Handling deposit negotiations and deposit disputes
- Ensuring any maintenance issues/requests are dealt with
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, gas, PAT testing and HHSRS requirements
- Assisting with property marketing content including photos, videos and floor plans where required
- Conduct and manage property viewings and collect feedback where required
What We’re Looking For
· Previous property management/maintenance experience desirable
· Strong understanding of UK residential lettings regulations
· Adaptable and quick to learn in a tech-driven, fast-changing environment.
· Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others
· Comfortable using CRMs, property portals, and online communication tools. Extra plus for familiarity with Giraffe or other 360 cameras and inventory software
· Experienced with digital tools for remote collaboration - Slack, Google Meets, Google Docs
· Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
· Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role
· Previous use of Alto desirable.
· Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable
· Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and good keyboard skills
