We are looking for a Welfare/Support Manager to support people living in Temporary Accommodation and supported living settings. This role is about primarily about ensuring residents have full support with Housing Benefit and Universal Credit, stay settled, deal with day‑to‑day challenges, and move forward into more stable housing. You will work closely with Local Authorities, Housing Benefit teams, and partner agencies, supporting residents with housing‑related issues, benefit applications, and access to services. This role will also involve carrying out visits

Much of the role involves early intervention spotting problems before they escalate and helping residents navigate systems that can often feel overwhelming.
This role suits someone with hands‑on experience in homelessness services, who understands the realities of Temporary Accommodation and supported housing, and who genuinely wants to help people through difficult periods in their lives.
Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
