Service Manager – Mental Health Supported Living

Salary: Up to 42k plus up to 4k in annual bonus

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Service Manager to lead our Mental Health Supported Living services, supporting adults with complex mental health needs to live independently, safely and with dignity within their communities.

As Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our supported living service, Mary Seacole House, located in Bolton, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred and recovery-focused support.
You will lead and inspire staff teams, drive compliance and service improvement and work closely with external professionals, commissioners and stakeholders to ensure services remain safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health recovery, quality care and developing high-performing teams.
Leading and managing Mental Health Supported Living services
Driving high standards of care, compliance and service quality
Supporting and developing staff teams through coaching and leadership
Managing safeguarding, incidents, audits and service improvement plans
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and organisational standards
Promoting independence, recovery and positive outcomes for the people we support
Building positive relationships with professionals, families and external agencies
Managing staffing, rotas, budgets and operational performance
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous management experience within Adult Social Care or Mental Health Supported Living
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Experience leading and motivating teams
A passion for person-centred and recovery-focused support
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
Experience managing safeguarding and complex situations confidently
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or willingness to work towards)
