The Bay Horse in Hurworth is a renowned, award-winning pub restaurant, proudly listed in the Michelin Guide.
We are looking for a full time member of staff to join our small team here at The Bay Horse in Hurworth. The position would be working both on the floor and the bar and therefore we would require somebody over 18. Good food & wine knowledge is beneficial and experience in a venue offering similar cuisine/service is essential.
The successful candidate will need to be confident, hardworking and passionate. You will need to work well both within a team and independently and be comfortable engaging with customers and liaising with the kitchen team.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience - at least 1 year
- Bartending and barista experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
