About the Role
Our coaching positions are designed for individuals with a growth mindset, committed to being the best in the industry. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to elevate your skills and become an outstanding coach.
We have two coaching roles within our team:
- AM Coach: Monday - Friday: 6am - 1pm + Saturday: 8am - 1pm
- PM Coach: Monday - Friday: 1pm - 9pm + Saturday: 8am - 1pm
We are currently looking for:
- 1 x PM Role at our Mayfair Studio
- 1 X PM Role at our Soho Studio
Plus future roles at our 4th location in Marylebone.
Living Situation
Candidates must be living within commutable distance to central London.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build, nurture, and retain a dedicated client base, providing tailored coaching and programming that aligns with each client’s goals.
- Facility Support: Contribute to daily operations to maintain a high-standard environment for clients and team members.
- Client Experience: Uphold Fitness Lab’s exceptional standards of client service, ensuring every session reflects our commitment to quality.
Performance Metrics
Our success is built on client satisfaction and retention. We’ll conduct performance reviews every six months, with a focus on:
- Occupancy - delivering sessions
- Client retention
- Effective programming
- Client progress and satisfaction
- Communication, organisation, and teamwork

Role Type: Freelance
Compensation: £30,000 - £67,200 per year
