Care Assistant (Nights)
Arden Lodge is a residential care home in Acocks Green, Birmingham, providing care for up to 44 residents. We have dedicated, staff who work on a person-centred approach, supporting residents in a respectful and empathic manner.
We are currently recruiting for a Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team. The role will require you to provide the best possible care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are a priority. This is a full time permanent position:
o 36 hours per week – 12 hour shifts
o Location – Acocks Green
o £12.51 per hour
Overall duties include:
Ø Assisting with personal care, mobility and hygiene at bedtimes and during the night
Ø Monitoring wellbeing, safety and security and health and safety
Ø Housekeeping and domestic duties as and when required
Ø Provide companionship
Ø Ensuring residents receive the highest possible quality of care and support
Ø Developing a rapport with residents and their families
