ECHO Personnel is hiring Warehouse Operative for a leading white goods company based in Raunds. This is a Temp to Perm role. You'll receive 6 weeks of manual handling training , followed by 6 weeks of FLT Counterbalance training (or vice versa). Once fully trained, you'll handle white goods with a specialized clamp operation .
Pay Rate:
- £13 per hour for the first 12 weeks
- £100 attendance bonus / monthly
After 12 weeks, candidates will go full-time and the pay rate will increase.
Working Hours: Rota
- 6AM-2PM - Monday to Friday for Training
- Rota: AM & PM
Requirements:
- Counterbalance certificate is not mandatory but would be an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle white goods safely
