Team Leader
Various locations across Yourway Services.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join – Yourway, supporting adults with high level needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.
This role is not fixed to one package but will provide leadership and support across multiple services, offering flexibility and variety while ensuring consistently high standards of care.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, supervise and mentor support staff to deliver person-centred care.
- Support individuals in their homes and communities, promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Assist in developing personalised support and care plans.
- Ensure services run smoothly – including rotas, handovers, and day-to-day operations.
- Oversee medication management, record keeping, and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Be a point of guidance during emergencies and maintain high professional standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in health and social care, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
- A compassionate, proactive leader who can adapt to different services.
- NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards it).
- Strong communication, organisational and mentoring skills.
