Job Description:
We are currently running a social housing contract in the Walsall area, and require a K & B Finisher to undertake Kitchen and Bathroom works. Materials are supplied and stored in our central unit. This role would be ideal for a multi skilled person.
Works required are the finishing to the Kitchen or bathroom so it is ready for client handover. This may include upvc boxing, silicone seal sanitary ware , installing shower rail and curtain and paint touch ups. Kitchen will involve the clean and seal, boxing, small decorator touch ups, and instal plastic trim if required.
The ideal candidate will be time served and have worked in a fast paced environment.
Must have current CSCS card.
Own Van and battery tools to complete the works.
