The school is situated in attractive grounds to the north of Rustington village. The school building is light, bright and airy and very well equipped. Hours: 28.33 hours per week, term time only , Monday to Friday, 8.20am to 3pm (38 weeks plus 5.8 weeks annual leave entitlement )
Salary: NJC Grade 3, SCP 3-4, £24,796 to £25,185p.a pro rata
Actual Starting Salary: £15,991.80p.a.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, positive, dedicated, caring, emotionally intelligent team player to join our friendly, supportive and committed team as a Learning Support Assistant. (LSA) .

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
Ideally you are already a LSA with experience of working with children in an educational setting or have other experience in working with children and are looking to progress your career in to education. Additional experience in stepping up and lead learning with the whole class would be something of interest to highlight during the application process.
