Daish's Holidays is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at our Sandringham Hotel in Weston Super-Mare.
This is a full-time position primarily focused on breakfast service, with some evening shift cover required as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes.
- Ensuring food is prepared and presented to company standards.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Supporting the wider kitchen team when covering evening shifts.
- Assisting with stock rotation and food safety procedures.
Working Hours:
Breakfast Shifts
- Normal days: 7:00am – 11:00am
- Changeover days: 6:30am – 11:00am
Split Shifts (when covering evenings)
- 7:00am – 11:00am
- 3:00pm – 8:00pm
What We're Looking For:
- Previous chef or breakfast chef experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- Flexibility to cover occasional evening shifts.
