Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Assistant to join our hospitality team. You will be one of the first people our guests see so a 'first impression' has to be perfect! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests upon their arrival.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist purchasing tickets
- Carry out card payments
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries both in person and via telephone, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Provide information about our rides, ride times and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high standards of customer service at all times
- Liaise with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the department
Skills
- Previous experience in customer services/guest facing role is essential
- Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a hospitality environment
- Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to assist guests and create a positive experience
- Knowledge of local area attractions and hospitality practices is advantageous
