Plot Sales Paralegal / Legal Executive (Experienced) - Manchester
A well-established property law team in Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal or Legal Executive to support a growing volume of residential development work.
This is an opportunity to join a busy and supportive team acting for housebuilders and developer clients across a range of plot sale transactions. The firm is looking for someone who already has experience in plot sales and can confidently manage matters from instruction through to completion.
The Role
You will be involved in:
- Managing plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion
- Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
- Handling enquiries and progressing matters efficiently
- Liaising with developer clients, purchasers' solicitors and other parties
- Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the wider residential development team as required
About You
To be considered, you should have:
- Previous experience in a plot sales role
- Experience working within a residential property or residential development team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines
- A proactive and team-focused approach
