The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Titan Recruitment Solutions, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with leading businesses across a variety of sectors. No two days are the same — from speaking with clients and sourcing candidates to managing interviews and building your own network, you’ll be at the heart of the recruitment process.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, confident communicating with people at all levels, and motivated to deliver a high-quality service that reflects our company values.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business opportunities and sourcing quality candidates through a variety of channels
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial screening through to placement
- Building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Understanding client requirements and matching the right people to the right opportunities
- Using recruitment systems and ATS platforms
- Advertising vacancies and promoting opportunities across social media platforms
- Working closely with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies and job adverts
- Keeping up to date with market trends, industry insights, and competitor activity
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
- Delivering a professional and personable experience for every candidate and client you work with
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within recruitment, sales, or a customer-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using ATS and CRM systems such as Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience with candidate sourcing and lead generation
- A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of social media and how it can support recruitment and employer branding
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
