Job Description:
We are seeking experienced painters, decorators, and fit-out workmen to join our team immediately. You will be responsible for various projects, working both day and night shifts as required. Night work will be compensated at time and a half.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform painting and decorating tasks in a professional manner.
- Work on commercial fit-out projects when required.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in painting / decorating
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others and be proud of your work.
- Leave your work areas immaculate post-completion of project tasks.
- Willingness to receive training; all certifications such as PASMA & IPAF will be provided.

Overview
We are seeking experienced painters & decorators for both local and national projects. This role involves delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across various sites, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The successful candidates will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship and ensuring client satisfaction on every project. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects nationwide, with a focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other finishes with precision and attention to detail
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute decorating plans accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout each project
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Travel to various sites across the country for local or national assignments
- Operate relevant tools and equipment safely and efficiently during all stages of work
Skills
- Proven experience in construction painting or decorating
- A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between sites
- Excellent communication skills in English to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to painting and decorating works
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
