We are seeking highly reliable Fire stoppers with relevant experience to work across live contracts we are currently on, we are based just South of Leeds, we work typically within 1.5 hours of our Head office. However we do also cover contracts nationally, which will include over night stays, through to more local projects. You must be willing to travel to other locations, and you must have your own transport.
You will need be trained as minimum NVQ Level 2 Passive Fire Protection Operative.
Essential: CSCS CARD, Ipaf (preferred) and PASMA (preferred)

Role:
- Ensuring Firestopping work is carried out as per manufacturers recommendations
- Penetration Sealing
- Fire Barrier/Curtains installation experience would be preferred
- Steel Encasement works (boarding) not essential but preferred.
- Accurate record keeping of work carried out
- Completing Recording systems working progress for FS (training will be provided)
- Able to communicate well with site teams and management
- Skills/Candidate:
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Hardworking and open-minded - this is an excellent opportunity to grow with the company
- Confident in all aspects of passive fire protection
- Must have a high quality of work and take pride in their work
- Knowledge of Rockwool/Hilti and Bolster systems preferred.
- Must have at least 2 years fire stopping experience
Sub Contractor basis only
- CIS UTR – Payment
- Exact rate to be negotiated, dependent on experience.
- Opportunity for price works when available.
- Overnight allowance is provided and accomodation if required.
