We deliver high-quality projects across the UK and have built lasting partnerships with major clients such as Tarmac, CEMEX UK Ltd, Holcim, Breedon, Precia-Molen, Longcliffe Quarries, Brett, Weightron, and others.
Our core services include formwork, steel reinforcement fabrication, ducting, drainage, and concreting, although our expertise spans beyond these areas.
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to lead civil engineering projects from the ground up. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who can both manage and work alongside the team while ensuring projects are delivered to high standards, safely and efficiently.
You’ll interpret complex technical drawings, liaise with clients, work closely with our Contracts Manager, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. The role involves working nationwide and requires flexibility to stay away from home during the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise civil engineering works across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and health & safety regulations
- Read and interpret steel and formwork drawings accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure project delivery
- Participate in on-site works and lead by example
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CSCS Card or Quarry Passport (SPA)
- At least 3 years’ civil engineering experience
- Proven ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and stay away as needed
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:30 (extended to 18:00 when lodging)
- Occasional weekend work required
