Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week
Kennet Leisure Centre sits in the forms part of a multisite management contract with West Berkshire Council. This role would suit an experienced commercial manager looking for a new challenge. . A sales and retention focus is vital so candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards and a proven track record for success.
We need a General Manager who will…
- Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the centre
- Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects
- Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre and has IT experience
- Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members whist embracing our company values
This centre boasts a newly refurbished gym, a 25m swimming pool, group exercise studio, spin studio, sports hall and squash courts. With aspirations to grow the membership & swimming lesson programme the successful General Manager will be target driven, commercially engaged in all areas of the business & an inspirational leader to the Hungerford team.
