Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all materials are handled, stored, and shipped effectively.
Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
- Picking and packing goods inline with daily targets.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Conduct basic maths calculations for inventory management and stocktaking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment is essential.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Experience using hand scanners is essential.
- Basic maths skills for inventory management tasks.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork is essential.
