Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a commercial bakery setting. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, corridors, and kitchen spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Empty bins, replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels, and maintain stock levels as required
- Follow health and safety procedures to minimise risks during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning tasks to management
- Maintain a clean and organised storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
Saturday, 8 hours , flexible start & finish time
